We're at The Hoxton in Shoreditch tonight. A great hotel. Really enjoying our stay so far.
Dinner tonight will be at Brat. We've made a trip down from Anglesey with two other couples to enjoy the food from a local chef, Tomos Parry. The boy's done good with amazing reviews for his restaurant, Brat. Can't wait.
