It’s interesting that I read it the opposite way “if you’ve never cried lying in your bed... then I’m sorry”.
I did cry like that, quite a few times. Most of the time freely but sometimes having to be silent because my daughter was sleeping nearby.
It was hard. It felt like hell. It felt like it would never end. But it did. It does end. And now I understand why I needed those cries that shook me to the core, cleansing my spirit and my soul, getting rid of my thought patterns and of many things that were holding me down.
If this happened to you, I’m sorry you had to cover your mouth, but I am happy that you let the pain out, that you let your tears cleanse you. Before we let go of painful emotions we need to feel them and go through them... then we can be free ✨
