No - this is not a water color painting!

But it is a recent photograph of a very large mule deer buck, captured in the low light at the end of day, surrounded by the heavy smoke of the terrible fires of the last few weeks in northwest Colorado.

Reminds me of sage brush in the south hills of Idaho during hunting season. Nice!

It's really smoky here in Oregon, too. A photo like this can probably be touched up and filtered to look like a painting. That would be one worth hanging, next to your top rack.
