Is the era of ICO dead?
Many of us joined crypto because of ICO and many opportunities , but is ICO now still good and how many investments are there?
First lets look into statistics:
In 2016 were 29 icos with fund-raised 90 millions, nothing big and special .
In 2017 started boom of icos because of erc20 in April/May and any ICO gave a lot of profit to investors , thats why its boomed so easy, ICO organizers received billions and ICO investors received profit - it were win win for all, any shit scam could bring money just because of boom! No project, no team nothing!
875 projects and 6 billions of investments !
Now lets move to 2018 :
As you can see less and less investments in ICOS, investors dont trust anymore, only single digit projects bring profit and all other projects are guaranteed minus!
Because of low investments many projects scam,delay and dont issue tokens and fire team!
Now lets think about future of ICO , I think ICO will survive and continue to be important part in crypto world, but it will change, we need regulators to control scam ! I think regulators will take like 1-2% of investments in future , but in return investors will be secured to receive tokens and tokens will appear in exchanges ! Now without regulators there is like 90% of scam, so there is no point to invest for normal people, only to gamble.

Most likely you're right. ICO had their great time and I would expect now entire focus to be on STO. My best bet is that STEEM will be one of very few ICOs that will survive.

in my opinion coins with their own blockchain got big chance to survive, so if coin is not erc20 ( on ethereum) then there is big chance:)
Not particular list , because i own like 100 coins , but slowly selling all erc20
