ETHERINC: CREATING A BETTER AND STRONGER DAO

INTRODUCING ETHERINC

Every now and then we keep seeing or hearing about applications of blockchain technology in different platforms or systems. We see applications of blockchain technology in Finance systems, Gaming platforms, Healthcare systems etc, thus solving related issues and yet maintaining its striking feature known as DECENTRALIZATION. Decentralization is one of the blockchain features which makes blockchain technology an outstanding technology. Owing to this feature, in any blockchain-based platform or system, data protection is assured. Other features include the use of smart contracts which ensures adequate processing of real-time transactions, time-stamping which ensures all real-time transactions are tracked.
The truth is, blockchain technology has revolutionized this current era in ways never seen before, and as such, to be part of this revolution led a team of experts into creating a platform based on blockchain technology so as to solve issues associated with centralized organizations. This is no other platform than ETHERINC, called elnc for short.
elnc is a blockchain-based platform with the aim of creating as well as running DAOs.
What is DAOs? DAOs stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.
According to Wikipedia, DAOs is sometimes called Decentralized Autonomous Corporation (DAC) which is an organization running through rules or contracts. These rules or contracts are known as smart contracts significant to Ethereum blockchain. One striking feature of this type of organization is that the financial records and rules are based and maintained on the blockchain.
elnc aims to make DAOs a reality by creating an organization which will be decentralized, having no restrictions caused by geographic location, intermediaries etc.

a. To create an alternative protocol which will be responsible for running decentralized organizations as well as building decentralized applications,
b. Providing a different set of trade-off which will be beneficial for the high class of decentralized applications where fast development time, security for rarely used applications as well as the ability of different applications to interact are paramount.

WHY ETHERINC?

EtherInc was created out of the urgent need to solve the following problems;

1. Owing to the centralized nature of the current classic organizations, they are highly vulnerable to corruption, manipulation, dictatorship etc, all of which are caused by centralized authorities.
2. The current classic organizations are highly complicated and are faced with the roadblocks for those who wish to create or run one. These roadblocks come in form of;
   a. Legal complexities,
   b. Bank visits,
   c. Compliances,
   d. Lengthy paperwork,
   e. Unnecessary restrictions caused by intermediaries etc.
3. GitHub first started the open source revolution, thus leading to contributors all over the world to come together, collaborate and build open source software and projects, but yet there has been no substantial proof of collaborators coming together to build sustainable business models.
4. Collaborators seem to lose trust between themselves when it comes to issues of money. Furthermore, with the increasing ICO scams, investors too are losing confidence in ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings).

WHAT ETHERINC AIMS TO ACHIEVE

elnc aims to create a blockchain-based platform which will solve the issues associated with the current classic organizations, thus elnc is the simple solution to these problems.
elnc solves these problems by building a blockchain based project which can create and run decentralized digital organizations or decentralized autonomous organizations. These DAOs will be based on cryptographic proof rather than trust or intermediaries associated with the current systems.
These DAOs created by elnc will be able to operate;
a. Permissionless,
b. Borderless,
c. Democratically,
d. Transparently.
All these will be carried out with the consensus or agreement of its shareholders without taking into consideration trusted third-parties as well as costly intermediaries. This makes elnc the first live blockchain platform to setup as well as run DAOs.
elnc's solution encompasses the following;

b. dMoney (cryptocurrencies),
c. dOrgs (utility).

ETHERINC TOKEN AND ICO INFORMATION

elnc token ETI will be based on Etherlnc blockchain having a total supply of 997,528,142.
ETI will be used for;
a. Deployment of elnc organizations,
b. Payment of salaries or other payments on elnc,
c. Creation of elnc proposals as well as voting of elnc proposals,
e. Conducting of trusted ICOs using elnc protocol,
f. Running of dApps on Etherlnc blockchain.
