The DIW Platform  

  DIW or Digital Identification Wallet is offering a decentralized digital vault that will enable users to securely store, access and share personal information within their platform. Personal details such as identifications, credit cards, bank details and passwords will be encrypted within the platform and can be shared by all users without the fear of becoming a victim of identity theft or any other fraud-related issues.

And as the group estimated, they see up to 70% savings on the transaction fee that will be charged to website owners. A free integration plugin will primarily be launched for WordPress and Joomla websites. This will be the start of expanding the crypto community by using digital token for purchasing goods and services online.  

  The Electronic Health Record featured in this platform can serve as an immediate reference for the members’ health needs. Patient records will be kept fully secured within the system and only the DIW account holder can control who can access these medical details.

The Verdict  

  The idea of the project is not new, there other competitors who offer the same platform features. However, it seems that their platform is more secured compared to other platforms with similar project model. Based on how their ecosystem has been built, they implemented a higher level of security to fully protect the users’ personal details.  

  Another feature that makes this platform different from some of its competitors is the ability to conveniently purchase online using different currencies. And the promising savings it will bring to website owners.  

  If everything will go well as planned in this project, we can all agree that this is a good alternative for traditional payment mediums we have today.
