Third generation bloclchains have made some serious headlines in 2018 due to the massive gains they have made (Credits & Zilliqa). A new third generation blockchain, QuarkChain, is making its way into ground and it has managed to key in on all the important factors a blockchain should provide.

Important Differences

QuarkChain is utilizing two layers and this allows it to push through high amounts of data (necessary to process large amounts of transactions per second) while sustaining high security.
