Bitcademy is a multi-dimensional ecosystem that allows users to invest in young possible football stars in underdeveloped countries. Their goal is to give opportunities to the talented kids in those countries to evolve themselves in the academies while finding them investors.
Bitcademy will create football academies to find and evolve kids in primarily underdeveloped countries. At the final stage, they plan to have more than ten academies globally. Bitcademy's football staff will consist of real professionals on their area. Working in real training facilities with the newest technology and professional football staff will give unprecedented opportunities to those kids to unleash their full potential. Additionally, there will be educational components in the academies which will open additional possibilities for the players besides the sport. The kids will get an education by a professional staff of principal, teachers and teacher aids, play and evolve their football skills and also have a safe place to live.
The Bitcademy ecosystem will have two main tokens. Gold Tokens are used to sponsor children during their ICO process and contribute directly to operations and capital expenditures used to commercially launch the company. Gold Token owners will have the ability to influence the development of Bitcademy in its initial stages. Silver Tokens will be issued after the ICO stag and are linked to individual players. Each player will be assigned a Silver Token Valuation by his potential, the costs related to the development, the potential trading value and the probability of success.
Through the Bitcademy platform, users can monitor each player's progress, hold or trade the rights of a player and expose them to clubs. Through the investor dashboard, the user can see how the money got spent on the players, control their holdings and additionally can even influence in strategic academy decisions through voting. In another section access holders will be able to see detailed information about the player's current form, future predictions and ratings and make their decisions based on that information. On the trading tab of the marketplace, investors will be able to sponsor future stars by buying tokens generated during the first round of token sale. However, there will also be the marketplace, which is open to sell & buy other token rounds. Investors will be able to buy and sell their assets in a player at any time.

When you have a look at the football industry, you will see an almost entirely centralised organisation. Their project is highly progressive about making football global and decentralised. Bitcademy also gives hope to the ones who don't have many opportunities to show or improve their skills just because of the country they were born. They have a very explanatory whitepaper. Their team appears as quite professional and capable of getting the Bitcademy live. It will be fascinating to see how Bitcademy will move on their path.
