The first one is just usual token utility which can be replaced with other coins or fiat (Experty plan to introduce Fiat payment in future). The bonus is that EXY will always needed as additional fees payment such as monthly subscription of Fiat payment fees. The second is the staking function which helps to preserve the token value.

The token supply is 100 million with 1 ETH equal to 1000 EXY. However, 63% of the coins will be vested over 18 months or 3 years, hence the circulating token supply will be around 37 million and gradually increase.
