Real Estate Investment Is Difficult to Proceed? Invest with Dominium
If you think big you’ll see that almost any industry, any company functioning can be improved with blockchain. However, some of the projects were made to become leaders in the industry and some – not. Is there an exact recipe for success? We don’t know.
Anyway, we can always see if the project is promising or not. Today we talk about real estate investing and our choice is Dominium platform.
What is special about Dominium?
It’s made by two serious companies Munte Immobilien and Max Property Group. The founders self-funded the initial development of the Dominium platform. Dominium is built on Ardor chain, which is not very popular by now. However, analytics see the huge future for Ardor as a ‘child’ of well-known NXT.
Why we liked it?
Dominium is made to be a great solution to simplify the whole industry of real estate investing. I would say that the main issue they are going to solve is to simplify the process of asset listing and investment process. As for now, it’s really complicated, but with the ominium’s templates anyone can get into this market. I’d like also to point out that Dominium will be giving opportunity for small investors to get into the market. Moreover, the platform is multilingual and which simplifies communication between investors, owners and Supervisor.
Utility of DOM tokens?
They’ll be use to pay for all activities on the platform. Whatever you do on Dominium you’ll pay in DOM.
All the funds left after development of the platform will go to property portfolios in Netherlands, UK and Germany. And you know, how I love the projects with existing product and experienced team, by the way.
ITO dates and prices
The ITO is ongoing since the 1st of July. Main sale starts in September. According to Dominium roadmap they’ll finalize all the beta-testing till the end of this year. We can expect the platform to be opened for third party asset creators and property listers.

NXT is an interesting blockchain, last year it grew well. The project stands out from the rest, at least that.
