Ever since the revolution that came with the internet, social media has been the new and most convenient means of advertising and spreading news. Social media has over time shown to have a wider circulation of news, than the traditional newspaper. Since the advent of the social media,readers can now have direct voice and influence over some opinions on news platform. Before now in the 1990’s readers could only read newspapers, without making any form of suggestion, even when the opinion on the news are not favorable to them. This situation had led to the manipulation of the traditional printing media by corrupt politicians in circulating fake news, for their own selfish benefits, since the system allows only a linear communication pattern.

EMP (Every Media Platform) is intended for ecosystems that provide equal and fair compensation to all players who participate in it, such as advertisers, users, service administrators, content producers, and developers. Large, regular web portals and SNS media make large amounts of profits from users' personal content and information. However, until now, the data owner has not received compensation for his contribution. EMP is a media block platform, which compensates all participants.

To overcome the social problems caused by BAADD media, we propose an ecosystem that anyone can implement decentralized services by separating media mechanisms and combining blockchain and coin-ecosystem technologies for value exchange.

At the moment, a monopoly in this area are special technology companies, called British media workers as BADD. At the moment, such firms cause a number of problems in society, among which:

economic inequality associated with the monopoly of income distribution;
violation of confidentiality of user data;
prejudiced treatment of data;
providing users with specially selected information;
leakage of personal data;
creation of digital dependence;
psychological manipulation by placing a certain advertisement.

The solution of all the above problems caused by social media monopolies will be the new EMP platform.

Objective of the project

Among the main goals of creating this project, developers identify:

the creation of a mechanism for the fair distribution of remuneration from the placement of content and advertising;
support for developing social media;
restoration of the right to control personal data;
providing users with the content they want to see.

Principle of operation

All trading activities carried out on the EMP platform will be stored in the Blockchain chain, and will be shared. It is important to note that unlike traditional monopolists, the management of this platform will be handled directly by its users. For this, autonomous management bodies will be established.

The main participant in charge of the platform will be a "witness". These individuals will be able to manage the basic platform policy, content creation and reward in the form of EVE coins. In addition, the "witnesses" can elect the heads of the admission centers, the distribution of remuneration for the use of personal information, the creation of applications and the placement of promotional materials, which are holders of ADD tokens. In this case, the vote for the final result of the placement of content or advertising material is carried out between all owners of the coins of the platform. It is important to note that there will be 20 witnesses selected by the holders of the EXP tokens.

The second participant in the platform management system will be "organization of witnesses of the advertising node". They engage in the offering and placement of promotional materials, but do not have the right to vote. These persons represent a node that generates ADD coins.

The third body of the management system is an "audit committee" consisting of 21 people responsible for checking copyrights, providing protection and distributing funds in the form of EXP coins. This committee decides whether to allow content to be published. Moreover, in the case of multiple violations by the publisher, this body can block forever his wallet. The members of the committee are elected by voting of all users.

Among the ordinary participants of the platform are:

a writer who creates articles and receives an award from users for it;
a consumer who can influence writers by distributing their content;
an advertiser that provides fair advertising for the target audience.

The main coin of the platform is EVE, which can be exchanged within the platform on EXP or ADD in a ratio of 1 to 1.

The second resource is ADD coins, which can be received by users for their contribution to advertising.

The third asset is the EXP coin - it is a coin that gives users the right to vote, which simultaneously is one of the types of shares.
