born in a family where my great grandfather, my grandfather, my father, my uncles were all into construction and that too from a country which got its independence from the British rule 72 years ago from the time they were still dependent on the East India Company. actually they were all government contractors before and after independence and till today. i have seen the amount of efforts they put to bag a contract sometimes with credentials sometimes with muscle even sometimes with politics and bribes. i always wondered if there is some decentralized platform where everything starting from buying land , hardscaping, landscaping, designing, building, remodeling and passing the home to the end user without third party, touts and politicians,their syndicates intervening and that will put a stop loss to cost escalation. now that builderium is here clients will also have an opportunity to work with quality workers at a much cheaper cost. thank you for sharing @smithjones
