In terms of compensation, such a process leads to attracting quality personnel, improving the quality of work. Identification indicates the questionnaire data of the participants. The main ones are the name, email address and employee number. Management is defined as the achievement of organizational goals, performed through people and resources, but using the BBOS token of the project, this direction is improving. The token itself ensures the security of the system as a whole from dishonest users. This eliminates the threat of external factors, and increases the reliability of the data. Along with this, for the organization of business processes, there is less risk of using third-party applications, tools or dependencies for enterprises in general
