바로 아이젝 프로젝트의 태생이라고 할 수 있는 기관입니다. 공동창업자인 Haiwu He와 CEO인 Gilles Fedrak이 바로 이 곳에서 서로를 만나 아이젝 프로젝트의 기반을 만들었기 때문입니다. Gilles Fedak, Haiwu He and Oleg Lodygensky were seeking solutions for implementing a decentralized cloud, but a serious drawback was the lack of a mechanism to register and prove the contribution of participants of different natures: applications, datasets, computing resources and even human expertise. In 2015, Gilles Fedak discovered the Ethereum technology and first started to use smart contracts to implement distributed resource management. For example, temperatures near Data Centers in Gangwon-do, which manages 90,000 Naver (biggest portal site in Korea) servers, average 50 degrees Celcius. Because the same amount of electricity that 100,000 generations of apartments use turns out to be heat. Centralized cloud computing services operated by Google, Amazon, and others has a more serious heat problem caused by this server. They rent out a large island and build a large server, an incredible amount of heat coming out of it. Of course, the goal of a decentralized cloud services, such as iExec, is not to build gigantic servers but rather to bring together individual computers and provide the cloud capabilities. However, for iExec is not yet a well known company to many people, the computing power demand that dapp developers need cannot be fully satisfied by individuals' computers in such an initial stage of development.

That's why iExec has decided to seal partnerships with Stimergy, Qarnot Computing and Cloud&Heat, France and German energy companies. iExec is therefore able to provide computing power that dapp developers need from the servers of these distributed cloud providers. But, this is not the point. It's amazing how Smart City can be implemented by these companies. Their idea is not to spend money getting rid of the heat generated during the course of cloud computing, but rather to provide heating for buildings, swimming pools or hot water. Blender is able to receive compute power through the decentralized infrastructure of iexec. 3D rendering seemed to be the exclusive field of golem Because it is not only the main target of the golem, but also the first competitor to finish the ico and start development. R is the open source software used by most practitioners for statistics and big data, which added to the dapp store. It will enable complex data operations to be performed that couldn’t be done with insufficient computing power.
