The message of the investigation and President Donald Trump's impeachment plan is that no person should be above the law, even though he is the president of the strongest country in the world ... A lesson for anyone who likes to straddle the law for his political agenda ... Donald Trump is the type of president with a non-political background. Even in the debates and conventions of the last American presidential election, Donald Trump even attacked politicians and mocked that, "All politicians have received donations from me," he said sarcastically. Indeed, when politicians get a bad name and image, those with a non-political background including entrepreneurs become an alternative. Even though entrepreneurs have problems, they often do not understand the politics and laws of the country. They are executors in the private sphere but not in the public sphere. That's the story of a big, famous and flamboyant businessman in the United States named Donald Trump. Once sworn in as president of the country with the strongest economic and military power in the world, it creates an unusual uproar day and night.

White House legal advisors do not function or bounce like the strategic posts of all ministry ministries without exception except foreign ministers such as Rex Tillerson and the old conco of Trump's victory designer, Steve Bannon. Everything was broken through and Trump looked successful. The difficult thing for critics of Donald Trump is because the American economy shows the best indicators even in the history of the United States. Unemployment is running low, income and equity are improving and industries are truly "Make America Great Again". Everybody knows, Donald Trump is indeed a successful businessman, negotiable, good at execution and the king of the heart. All of that, he successfully applied it in world economic politics. But the state is not a PT, the state is not private. Success does not count on how much physical achievement. The state is the collective imagination of the people. Bung Karno said, he was not only a geographical unity but a unity of ideals and lead about what was considered ideal, a unity of hope. Thus, Donald Trump's economic success did not prevent stage 1 impeachment. After the witnesses were questioned, and after the evidence was gathered the American Parliament legally and convincingly found that the president had committed a series of acts against the law inside and outside the country. Voting at the level of the DPR which is dominated by Democrats is already valid. It is indeed possible that voting at the US Senate level will reject this impeachment. Given the Republicans who are supporters of Donald Trump dominating the senate seat. But, a name flaw for Donald Trump has occurred. A series of violations of the law has been revealed. At the very least, even if Donald Trump doesn't fall, it's hard for him to run in next year's election. He might even fail to get a nomination if the Republicans see Donald Trump's main opponents as politicians like Joe Biden or Bernie Sanders. There must be a new candidate. Once again, the political system and state administration of the United States showed its prowess. That the president, as strong and as powerful as anything, cannot go beyond the law. So it was proven nakedly by the congress (chamber of Parliament) that he had violated and was like being dropped. This is the third time the US Congress has dropped the president next to his room. Although no one really fell before (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton), but this gives a strong lesson in the tradition of US administration that no one can break the law. Hopefully be a lesson anywhere. So that the president everywhere remains cautious. And the legislature everywhere dares to supervise possible violations of the law committed by top executives.
