Solution: Inbot Ambassador
A simple truth is that businesses can only grow at the speed of trust. There is a reason why Harvard Business Review found that 84% of all B2B deals start with a referral. There’s almost nothing that builds trust more than referral from a person the customer already trusts.
But how to scale trust? British Anthropologist Robin Dunbar has proposed in his studies that any person can hold a maximum of 150 stable relationships. It is called the Dunbar Number. This is widely believed to be the upper limit of a person’s trust circle.
Therefore, hiring sales people is a slow and expensive way to grow a B2B business. No sales executive you hire has existing personal relationships with more than a handful of relevant decision makers. They have to build each relationship for the purposes of the deal, which is time-consuming and expensive.
The answer is in the network economy.

You should not try to build a large sales organization anymore. Instead, you should leverage existing trust circles to be able to approach the most relevant customers one-by-one, by receiving introductions and referrals from people they already trust.
Inbot Ambassador is a platform for trusted referrals. We started by creating People Graph AI, an AI-powered trust graph database and search engine. We invited a global community of Ambassadors, who are trusted entrepreneurs, executives and investors located in all major hubs around the world. We asked them to securely upload their relationship data for us to be able to suggest them relevant introductions.
With access to thousands of trusted Ambassadors, a trustworthy entrepreneur can enter a large number of trust circles worldwide in a rapid succession. Once the trust is built, the location of your company doesn’t matter anymore.

The following charts illustrate the differences in conversions between warm introductions and today’s marketing automation.

Our current data from Inbot Ambassador service shows a Vendor with a great product can achieve 75% conversion rate from introduction to meeting, and up to 50% conversion rate from introduction to deal.
The actual results vary depending on the Vendor, but we generally expect our Vendors to convert more than 10% of the intros they receive to remain on the platform.

InShares & InToken: Growth from Trust
InShare retainer contracts and InToken utility token enable a completely new programmatic model for rewarding trust. This unique model resembles a shareholder relationship rather than a paid sales agent relationship - perfect for building trust and long term business relationships. Ambassador compensation has 3 components - InShares, InScore, and InTokens. They are described in more detail next.

InShares: Long term income
When an Ambassador introduces Inbot a Vendor that subsequently becomes a Partner, they receive one InShare. It is a personal retainer contract that pays long term income in InTokens. Each InShare receives the same amount of tokens via a monthly distribution schedule.
InShares are personal retainer contracts that are not tradeable or transferable. The more Ambassadors we have as InShare holders, the more decentralized the distribution of InTokens in the market will be.
Inbot Oü may, at its discretion, offer to redeem InShare contracts, as the funds allow.
InShares approach offers significant long-term benefits to the whole ecosystem.

New Partners to Inbot. InShares motivates Ambassadors to introduce new Partners on the Inbot platform, growing the business for everyone.
Long term income. InShares engage those ambassadors, who add the most value to the platform for the long term. They make those ambassadors shareholder-like beneficiaries to the success of the Inbot platform.
Motivation to build trust. The long term income from InShares depends on the InScore of the Ambassador. This motivates the Ambassadors to build trust, share data, invite friends and make more introductions over time.

InShare rewards
InShares pay two types of retainer income. Early members of the Inbot Ambassador Community receive a guaranteed token rollout distribution, which is paid as follows:

The initial rollout continues until 2.4 billion InTokens have been added to the circulation. The monthly amount of 20,000,000 is divided between the token holders according to the following formula: (InScore x owned InShares) / (Product of all InScores x InShares).
In addition to the initial rollout, InShares will later be paid a portion of all InTokens circulating through the Inbot Ambassador platform. This ties the value of InShare retainer contracts to the economic value of business being conducted in the ecosystem.
There are two types of distributions paid to the InShares from the ongoing business. Inbot Ambassador platform charges a 30% platform fee from the Vendors offering rewards for Intros. After the initial rollout period, we plan to pay up to 50% of the net profit as dividends to the InShare holders. The rest will be invested in the growth of the platform and therefore to the value of the ecosystem and the utility of InToken.
Second, each Ambassador gets paid for the Intros they make based on their InScore. The difference between the Ambassador’s InScore and the maximum of 200% will be paid as an additional distribution to all InShares after the initial rollout period.
The following charts illustrate the intro reward distributions in two scenarios. The first chart describes the distribution when the Ambassador has a 100% InScore. As you can see from the chart below, 50% of the rewards are distributed to InShare owners and 35% to the Ambassador.

The second chart illustrates the reward distribution when the Ambassador has a 200% InScore. In this case, the Ambassador keeps 70% of the reward, and the InShares will receive 15% of the reward as a dividend.
