You are not what you earn

A groundlaying belief of the current world, which explains a lot of our uneasiness around losing , is that we are what we earn. When we say this, we are specifying something: it is not that it’s nice to have lot of cash but that our financial life is the source of knowledge, Being essential or decisive about our morals, our knowledge.

It feels not possible to imagine ourselves as a decent person – and still poor.

Must we despise and disdain ourselves because our income is not increased? We must know how to economize to the way that income is determined.

wages are not decided by the extent of someone’s human worth or social contribution

If many people can complete a given mission, however important it might be, little money will be given for it.

money is the key indicator of our worth in human and not just financial terms. The more money we make, the more we deserve to exist.

And if there are few people able to do the given mission, then the income will be increased.

Money is no correct standard of the human value of the given task; the element of earnings is just the strength of need in relation to supply.

We may not be able to easily change how much income people earn; but we can change how we judge salaries.

Well, this is not a matter of politics; it is an issue of dedication, appreciation and intelligence.

It might be to settle the question of the value of humans in severe asset terms.
As soon as we have spent some time around a person at work and we get to know of their character. We will then have no choice but to reach a overwhelming complex conclusion: WE ARE NOT WHAT WE EARN.

Income is what you earn, wealth is what you keep.
