Where the heck people minds are going, why to make children if not able to raise them with values and discipline (like animals and trees).

Look at the society where we leave, Every alternative day we hear rape cases or something like that. What impression will it create in mind of children's? It's time for the govt to take strict action against such shameless people and as citizen even we should spread awareness among children's and we should teach them how to behave because nowadays too much vulgarism showing in television which we can't stop but at least we can educate them, there is an urge of proper education system so at least by that way we can try to stop this incident. 

There needs to be a ban on 'Savdhaan India', 'Crime Patrol" drama serial and porns on net and mobiles. Crimes against women are shown here and men think it's their entitlement to indulge in it. 

I think the day we can get a strict law or straight hanging to the rapist, that day whole Indians will get a warm sweat in their balls. This is the only solution.
