BASICE THING TO STAR TEXTILE INDUSTRY

#1 FIRST THE BASIC THING:-first we must understand what is textile there are so many types of textile industry first we should learn which textile industry is best suited for us.
And learn about that particular textile industry in Theri first first we should learn everything is there to know about that textile industry.

#2 SECOND MOST BASIC THING:- join a textile industry for work (now in your mind you're thinking why should I join a textile industry I must start a textile industry ) before we start a textile industry we should know about the textile industry (now you are thinking yes I know about textile industry I alread about textile industry) no you only have the theoretical knowledge of textile industry we must get a practical knowledge also for that we should join any other textile industr .My suggestion is to join a textile industry where your relative or your family friend or your friend has already established the textile industry (now you are thinking why should I work under someone I already know ) no its wrong if you work under someone you know you will get little bit free in is company and you must use that free to gain more knowledge (now you must thinking how much long should I work in his company it's depend upon your talent you can come out of his company if you wish in 3 months or you could take 3 years also its depend upon your mentality)

#3 THIRD BASIC THING:-this is very important if you cannot establish third basic thing then you cannot Run your company properly.
We must trustful employees who will not backstab us (now you must thinking how could I established trust in every employee in my company) yes it is very difficult to established trust in every employee in your company. I am not telling to established a very bonded trust in every employee . (You are thinking then what should I do) create very trustful employee in every branch and every department of your company. And at least you must have to employees there are willing to do anything for you in that company.(now you are thinking only that is enough) No we should also established trust in every employee at least little bit.

NEXT TWO POINTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU CANNOT ESTABLISH THAT TOO. YOU CANNOT CREATE YOUR OWN COMPANY

#4 POST BASIC THING:- MONEY IS THE IMPORTANT THING IN THIS POINT.
If we don't have money there is no point in creating a company so now we must think how to great money for the investment of company (now you are thinking how to create money) That depends upon your mentality and Got Talent you can apply for loan are you can ask your relative or your father its depends upon you you are the creator of your own company then you must think how to get the investment money. Before doing all the above 3 points think how to get money for the company.

#5 FIFTH MOST BASIC THING:-this is this point Is most important point you cannot establish this point . There is no logic in creating a company(why you are thinking what is this point)
It is a very simple thing and very hard to establish deals for your company. When you are trying to establish first three. Try to learn more about the buyers . After establishing the first three points try to contact the buyers and try to attract them it is the only way to establish deals and trust
