PPS DESA LAKSANAKAN AGENDA RAPAT PLENO DAFTAR PEMILIH HASIL PEMUTAKHIRAN

Data pemilih merupakan bagian penting dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilu. Setelah Tahapan Coklit Data pemilih oleh PPDP selesai, tugas Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS), Menyusun DPHP di Tingkat Desa, yang selanjutnya di tetapkan dengan Rapat Pleno Terbuka.

PPS Desa, melaksanakan Agenda Rapat Pleno Rekapitulasi Daftar Pemilih Hasil Pemutakhiran, dalam Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden serta anggota dewan daerah, provinsi dan pusat Tahun 2019, Rapat Pleno di mulai pada pukul 13.00 WIB, bertempat di Menasah, atau tempat umum lainya.

Rapat Pleno dihadiri oleh lebih kurang 15 orang yang terdiri, dari Pengawas Pemilihan Lapangan (PPL) sebanyak 1 orang, Tokoh Masyarakat, PPDP sebanyak 3 orang, Ketua dan Anggota PPS beserta Sekretariat PPS, serta salah satu Anggota PPK Kecamatan. Sebelum Rapat Pleno dimulai, setiap Undangan atau Peserta Rapat menandatangani Daftar Hadir yang telah disediakan.

Rapat Pleno berakhir pada pukul 15.30 WIB. PPS mengharap, Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden serta anggota dewan daerah, provinsi dan pusat Tahun 2019 nanti, akan berlangsung dengan bersih, aman dan Sukses

PPS DESA DOES PLENO MEETING AGENDA REGISTRATION LIST OF CLEANING RESULTS

Voters' data is an important part of organizing elections. After the Coklit Stage voter data by PPDP was completed, the task of the polling committee (PPS) was to compile the DPHP at the village level, which was then set by the Open Plenary Meeting.

PPS Desa, carries out the Agenda of the Plenary Meeting of Recapitulation of the Voters List of Update Results, in the Election of the President and Deputy President and members of the regional, provincial and central councils in 2019, Plenary Meetings begin at 1:00 p.m., at the Menasah, or other public places.

The Plenary Meeting was attended by approximately 15 people consisting of 1 Field Election Supervisor (PPL), Community Leader, 3 PPDP, PPS Chair and Members along with the PPS Secretariat, as well as one District PPK Member. Before the Plenary Meeting begins, each Invitation or Meeting Participant signs the Presence List provided.
