Customs is a behavior pattern that is recognized as a good thing and functions as an unwritten punishment with severe sanctions. The form of regulation varies from simple rules too complicated regulations. In the family environment, there are rules that we must obey. For example, watching television doesn't come late at night or diligently helping parents do homework. If we violate this rule, we will be reprimanded until we get sanctions from our parents. Likewise in the school environment, there are rules that must be obeyed. For example, coming may not be late, having to attend a ceremony, having to wear a uniform, etc.

At a higher level, there are local government regulations and central government regulations that have legal powers that bind citizens. If we violate, the sanctions we will receive are not only moral sanctions but legal sanctions.
In what environment do we apply it? We can do that application in the life of society, nation, and state. The application of norms, habits, habits, and regulations is basically related to the use of rights and fulfillment of obligations.
