The species of this chilli is known as Bhot jalakia..This pepper is regarded as the hottest chilli of the world...It is rich in India specially North Estern part like Assam ,Nagalend and Arunachal pradesh etc....This pepper is called the " king of peppers..." It is so hot that it can give rich hot flavour just in a small amount..'Bhot Jalakia' the local name from Assamese language is become its popular name and it is well know as bhot jalakia in international records...
