It just has the daily shows... the ones that are live it will say live and you can watch or listen to them. The ones that are not live it will have a rebroadcast available if you want to watch/listen to it.
Sense they are censored it is a way to bypass the censorship. Even if you don't use it, I think as the number of people that have it climb it sends a message that we don't support censorship.
It looks like it also makes it easy to call into the show if people are so inclined.
