This isn't a partisan issue, for the record. While I am sure that Nancy Pelosi takes advantage, I am guessing this practice is STILL widespread on BOTH sides of the aisle. Obama actually tried to put a stop to it, but it got watered down in subsequent tinkering.
Washington is good at exempting themselves from the rules/laws they pass for the citizen. But that is how royalty believes it should be. I hope at some point people realize their side of the aisle views us as cattle no less than the other.
I agree we have major problems on both sides. The AOC quote is in context to her attacking Trump today so that's why I put the link in there to highlight the problems on the left too.
