It's not hard to understand. Just look at how much we spend on welfare programs.
Comparing building a Wall and implying that this wouldn't be necessary without the welfare programs is kind of lame. You're making a huge issue look very simple. Which it isn't. There are many many different angles to this topic. Not just the Welfare.
Trust me, the wall and welfare state are huge issues in America.

Ok, that may be true.
The welfare is a very large issue. Many people are receiving American citizen money and then taking it back to other countries where the money doesn't belong...
