I don't know for sure if they violated there terms of service as you say:

I do know however that they said they where connecting up the world, which banning isn't and can never be justified. To me they cannot be contracted with where I have an obligation, because we know one thing. They have committed Fraud.
They violated two laws, Fair Use, and Safe Harbor.

Good read, but a little outdated. It did help that I could confirm a lot of the info with a simple google search though. Soros also just recently sold all of his casino holdings and is heavily investing in China and other "emerging markets"
