Rumsfeld spilled the beans about the missing money from Pentagon's stash, just the day before. He was 'coincidentally' there when the cruise missile hit the building the next day...??? I think 'he' got the message, because he stopped talking about the missing funds after that.
And all the records went up in flames, amen, nice job by the government.
