CHINESE PAYED BRIBERS FOR 176 MILLION DOLLARS TO OBTAIN WORKS CONTRACTS IN VENEZUELA

in #informationwar5 years ago

A new scandal shakes the Venezuelan government, today is read in the newspaper "El País" a long and well-documented report on the bribes (not bribes) of the Chinese to the Chavistas, which demonstrate the appalling corruption of the regime and the socialists, not only Venezuelans, but also Chinese.

The report speaks of a "a mega contract of 20,000 million dollars (17,600 euros) sealed in 2010 between Venezuela and China, became a nest of corruption. The construction of energy infrastructure in the South American country created a fabulous business of illegal commissions.

An investigation by the Justice of Andorra has uncovered that the Venezuelan insurance entrepreneur Diego Salazar and his collaborators collected 200 million dollars (176.5 million euros) from five Chinese companies. Salazar's network hid its loot in the Banca Privada d'Andorra (BPA), a bank that was closed in 2015 by the authorities of this small Pyrenean Principality for money laundering. "

And it is that Salazar was not an entrepreneur anymore. The insurance executive is Rafael Ramírez's cousin, who was the country's energy and oil minister from 2004 to 2012 and presided over Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), the country's largest public company. And the Andorran judge Canòlic Mingorance has just revealed that Salazar contacted Chinese companies to facilitate adjudications in exchange for illegal commissions. He used the first secretary of the Venezuelan embassy in Beijing, Luis Enrique Tenorio. To hide its benefits, Tenorio created a Panamanian company, Phomphien Corporation, and opened an account in the BPA of Andorra.

The Venezuela-China-Andorra circuit worked perfectly. Highland Assets, the company behind which Salazar was hiding and a collaborator, signed an agreement with the Chinese company Camc Engineering, which advised her in obtaining the millionaire contracts that the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, especially from PDVSA and Corpoelec, tendered. , within the framework of the wave of works that were offered in the Great Volume.

The agreement stated that if the Chinese got works worth 176 million euros, Highland Assets would receive 10 percent net of the turnover of Camc Engineering. "It is a totally abnormal contract of results in the consultancy sector, where the event generating the consideration is not the preparation of reports or assistance, but rather being awarded"

The news stings and spreads in incredible details of what Chinese and Venezuelan officials did to the detriment of all Venezuelans (except the Chavistas). To the rigged "bidding contests" only the Chinese concurred, regardless of the amounts that were decided, and finally the two governments agreed on a Binational Cooperation Fund. China approved a loan to Venezuela through the Development Bank of China (BDC) in which the lion's share was (and is) for the Chinese. Chavez "businessmen" were filled with millions of dollars and the Venezuelan people to eat cable.

There are so many details and so detailed that the newspaper appears, that it would seem that someone had taken the trouble to carefully take a book of bribes, in which the names of the Venezuelans and the amounts they received were noted one by one. One of the important businesses was the one of Corpoelec, that should have received wonders but since then it does not work.

The newspaper explains that "For each awarded work, a new payment came to the Andorran account.
• One million dollars (882,591 euros) for the Orinoco Delta project; 400,000 dollars (353,072 euros)
• by the Guárico river; 600,000 (529,610 euros) and
• one million dollars (882,591 euros) for the Orinoco river;
• three million (2.6 euros) for the projects of Fábrica, Tiznado, Delta Orinoco and Guárico. Between 2011 and 2012, the trickle of millions did not stop.

And it added 106 million dollars (93.5 euros) ". The exaggerated volume of bribes, explains very well why nothing works in this poor country, especially if one thinks that it is very possible that from every bribe to Venezuelans the Chinese have bitten their part. But the latter, surely, did not settle in any book of bribes. With "what galicado" and everything, you have to think that for the socialists "So, that's the way it is governed".

And the icing on the cake is that almost no project tended to conclude, it only served to fill pockets of corrupt red eyes and eye that those who have caught are only the front men, but those responsible are still anchored to power even though some have blocked their boots in USES.

During these two decades of chavismo rojito there are hundreds of companies that only used to ruin the country under the baton of the regime. As well as the bites that the corrupt ones received, everything gets worse when the project itself only existed in the unreal world (only paper but it was charged),

It was simply a vile theft or pesimo controll of projects. Cases such as the Iranian bicycle factory, the Chinese satellites that supposedly orbit our planet, Chinese bus fleet, mobile factories, nonexistent and inconclusive projects, advice from Spanish geniuses that helped achieve an inflation of 1,000,000% of the currency, etc..

Maybe many Venezuelans could delve into all those briefcase projects that have only served to ruin the country or to persecute dissidents and control the population, such as Russian arms purchases or the social control system designed by Chinese ZTE to control the population through the card of the country and stop counting ... Everything to plunder the nation.
