This is actually pretty close to the truth.
Scott Adams author of Dilbert talks a lot about persuasion tactics that Chump uses. And this pretty much describes what he's doing.
The biggest thing is that Chump is an 8 (on the enneagram chart) which is a doer, as opposed to all the other presidents which where 3s, which is basically a talker. The politicians have never faced someone like Chump before.
Sounds like that makes them the chumps. Trump said in his book how both Reagan and Carter were empty suits, he admired Carter's balls though.
