Nope. Nothing is tax-payer funded.
Your federal income taxes are basically, thrown into a furnace.
It all goes back to the FED where it disappears back into thin-air.
Then, all new Federal Reserve Notes are created as much as the govern-cement can spend.
Of course, this causes inflation, so that everyone pays, not just the tax-payers.
