The most important activity the truth warrior's of steemit and indeed all other social media can engage in is to verify and confirm the claims being made by American Intelligence Media.  The fact's can be sussed out and until such is done exhaustively, people will continually just be spinning their wheels. There are some things that we all know are facts. One of those is that Alex Jones was a free press regardless of whether or not he had an agenda. Everyone has an agenda of at least putting food on the table for themselves and their family's. So what we look at is the reporting. The truth of the reports are not on the table. What is is the activity.

To make it very clear what the standard is for operation in the United States we share the first Amendment.

Amendment I 

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. 

Claiming that a business can write there own terms of service in violation of the Terms of Service they have agreed to by operating in the United States is ridiculous. The first Amendment does not allow the abridging of freedom of speech  or of the press. So everyone knows the claim of abridging freedom of the press is a fact done in violation of the terms of service. Making it impossible for those who have done such to be under contract or have a valid terms of service. This fact alone should cost the violators a bundle seeing as how they cannot actually be in contract and thus cannot be owed for services. So none of us are obligated in any way to the violators. Now we can move to the next claim being made by American Intelligence Media. 

Thus we must verify and confirm the claims first. If the claims are true we can than discuss what to do about it. So what is the first claim made on American Intelligence Media.
