What is really going on is fraud. You see they are just Agents and thus the fictional Principal is responsible. Wait look in the law dictionary's and you will find that the Principal isn't responsible either. No one is. Thus getting in touch with your local committee's of safety is the only way these criminals are going to go to jail.
