Yes, they will as when it is actually on an exchange you don't hold the keys. So if you want to vote you would need to pull it off of an exchange anyway.
I'm only in it for the money... I wouldn't know who to vote for anyway! I'd vote for Dan.
Hehe.... Yeah at the moment I don't know how to use EOS beyond the money. :)
