Yep. They could get caught, of course, and then theoretically all containers from that company could be yanked for inspection. I just wonder if our customs people would actually do the extra work, though...
somehow I doubt it. do the mafia or teamsters still run the docks like in the old days?
Yes. At least I think so. They are certainly HEAVILY unionized.
