Propositioning a minor for sex (1 count), propositioning an adult for paid sex (1 count.) That's it.
Supposedly a civil trial will start in December with some of the under-aged girls suing him. He supposedly copped a deal with the FBI and gave them "information" in return for a "prison sentence" of 16 months (3 suspended) during which he could just leave for 16 hours per day. I kid you not.
I call it "billionaire justice."
haha! oh man sir patriot that really is a different system of "justice" than the rest of the population faces! wow what a joke. Plus I bet the so-called prison is just for white collar criminals and is probably more like a stay at the country club. Thanks for all the explanation and information!
NP. If that cuss had been put in a regular prison, he would have been dealt with properly. That is the one crime those guys DO NOT put up with.
