Dismantling Ninth Circuit Court?
There's talk circulating that the Ninth Circuit Court, infamous for reinterpreting the law, legislating from the bench and over-ruling Trump's Travel Ban Executive Order is being "dismantled". That's highly suggestive of a removal of the Ninth Circuit Courts, but that isn't what bill H.R.6754 - CIRCUIT Act of 2018 indicates. There will not be one less court, but THREE MORE, making FOUR courts, where there is currently ONE.
The text of H.R.6754 reads:
Ҥ 50. Divisions of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
“(a) In general.—The Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is divided into four divisions to be known as the Northern, Middle, Southern, and Circuit Divisions as follows:
“(1) NORTHERN DIVISION.—The Northern Division comprises the judicial districts of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Eastern Washington, and Western Washington.
“(2) MIDDLE DIVISION.—The Middle Division comprises the judicial districts of Eastern California, Northern California, Guam, Hawaii, Nevada, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
“(3) SOUTHERN DIVISION.—The Southern Division comprises the judicial districts of Arizona, Central California, and Southern California.
“(4) CIRCUIT DIVISION.—The Circuit Division comprises all judicial districts within the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Rep. Darrell E. Issa [R-CA-49] introduced the bill on 09/10/2018. Rep. Bob Goodlatte [R-VA-6] cosponsored it. On 09/13/2018 the bill was "Ordered to be Reported (Amended) by the Yeas and Nays: 16 - 5", meaning that 16 to 5 reps voted in favor of “amend[ing] title 28, United States Code, to modify the structure of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for other purposes.”
"By dividing the Ninth Circuit into regional divisions that effectively function as individual appellate courts, we open the door to determining whether a circuit split would be feasible while, at the same time, preserve the current Ninth Circuit as a single appellate court."

This action, putting 3 new courts in, will - if Trump appoints REAL Conservatives - start to roll back the power of the liberal grip in that regions. People are leaving California in FEAR, and have been for at least 2 years. Gov. Jerry Brown has got to be one of the most irresponsible self-serving rats in the pack! Remember Oroville? Intentional neglect there. The courts and California government seem to be toward the Agenda 21 goal. DESTRUCTION of all things good, right, true and wholesome.
Even fake conservatives would be an improvement over what they have now.

Ah, but @funbobby51, we just had a talk about how the principles of legislation are 'good', while the execution of law misses the mark and serves the interests of governments and corporations. Few agents of globalism are as brazen as the Fabian Society, publishing their shield featuring a wolf in sheep's clothing.

A few years ago I was agitated to find banks investing in Asia to 'educate' them about sustainable economic development. These are civilizations that have existence for thousands of years. That's sustainability in action, while western ideas of 'development' and 'prosperity' are not long-lived and do far more damage to delicate ecosystems. We are going through the Sixth Great Extinction.
I love showing people this graph. See that little hiccup around 1953? That marks a decline in human population simultaneous to an upsurge in extinction. Do you know what happened in 1953? The whole planet "progressed" in western-style technology. 1953 is when the Cold War officially began and the 'developed countries' began testing nukes. It's also the period when the polio epidemic arose. Note that radiation sickness alters the bones in the same way that 'polio' does.
