Let's set the record straight.
If we go by the notion that the 2nd Amendment doesn't apply to modern firearms then the people that use that argument should also try applying that logic to the 1st amendment. If we used that thinking then the printing press and the internet should be outlawed as well. Also no other amendment is followed by the words "Shall not be infringed." think about that.
