Oh no! We have nothing to do if Allah not wants us to give baby, whole universe & whole doctors will be fail if He doesn't want, even if we want test tube that's also not possible, sperm obey the Commandments of Allah, my close relatives marriage for about 20 year's, yet no Baby, tried all the way. However we need to beg to our creators Allah about our desired baby.Thank you very much
