NICOLÁS MADURO OBLIGES TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY TO LORENT SALEH - DECLARED DICTATORSHIP - VENEZUELA

With the forced exile of the youth leader * Lorent Saleh *, today the transition from the informal dictatorship to a real dictatorship or heartless tyranny is consummated. The tyrannical Madurista regime as well as the autocratic regimes Gomecista and Perejimeniztas use the vile and artful methodology of estrangement or expulsion of social, union and political youth leaders to intimidate dissent in Venezuela.

The penalty of exile is an illegal measure in International Humanitarian Law and is also illegitimate in the Constitutional Law of our Venezuelan territory.

The forced expulsion of the political prisoner * Lorent Saleh * constitutes a serious crime against humanity.
The illegitimate act of exile does not appear in the National Constitution or in any of the laws of the Republic, therefore involuntarily missing a citizen of his country is a serious international crime that never prescribes.
In various conventions, treaties, treaties and international protocols, it is expressly forbidden to forcibly exile any citizen of the state or nation from which he or she originates for any reason, cause or condition.

That is why the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela stipulates that:

• Article 50: "No act of the Public Power may establish the penalty of estrangement of the national territory against Venezuelans or Venezuelans" *

In The Universal Declaration of Human Rights it clearly states that:

• Article 9: "No one may be arbitrarily detained, imprisoned or FORFEITED." *

  International act of Political and Civil Rights is also typified:
• Article 12: "No one may be arbitrarily deprived of the right to enter his own country." *

The American Convention on Human Rights states that:

• Article 5: "No one can be expelled from the territory of the state of which one is a national, nor be deprived of the right to enter it." *

We strongly condemn the minions of the Dictatorship who ordered the forced exile or arbitrary expulsion of the political leader * Lorent Saleh *.

They must be subject to criminal sanctions and are destined to answer for this crime in international courts.
