Has Binance released your tokens yet? I'm going to need some help when it comes to voting!
Not yet, but given from what I read in the article I linked to in here the mainnet is not yet live. Binance exclamation indicates they will do that when the mainnet is stable.
Seems like it's taking a long time... from what I've seen the EOS platform is up and running.
Yeah, it is up and running. This is another one of those "never been done before" type of things. So I don't know how long it is supposed to take.
It sounds like they need to vote on those block producers, which is kind of like voting on the initial witnesses.
So the fact that it is accepting votes would indicate it is running. That doesn't mean Binance considers it stable yet.
I suppose it's advantageous in a way that they're looking out for us... I just tend to be suspicious when I can't access something that belongs to me.
Had we moved it to our own wallet instead of Binance and registered it we very well may be able to use it now. I guess this is another negative side effect of letting the exchange do it. :( I am sure it will be okay, just have no clue when since there is nothing historically to compare it to.
I'm not really sure who to vote for. I know Jeff Berwick has a witness block, but no one else I'm that familiar with.
Yeah I haven't yet. Too early for me to do that. Voting is an ongoing thing. If not sure I'd rather wait until I am more informed.
I watch CryptoBlood on Y-Tube, he takes a nice simple approach and he's not one of the zealots that goes off the rails making predictions- he just interprets data. He says that the exchanges will vote your shares for you.
Yes, they will as when it is actually on an exchange you don't hold the keys. So if you want to vote you would need to pull it off of an exchange anyway.
I'm only in it for the money... I wouldn't know who to vote for anyway! I'd vote for Dan.
