It is law already in family court. They do this right now! They just hope to expand this French Law to more areas. It is Un Constitutional, but they DO it today!
Creeping infringement of our rights, for our "own good" of course, is damaging our future liberties every day.
They intend to enslave us all. For all the wrong reasons....

True in most states now. They made a court system outside the normal system, so they could do bad things unrestricted by inconvenient Constitutional Laws.
You have it there, I have it here. It is illegal, but they are doing it anyway!

Court battles to come, but primary way is fighting electing good Conservative Politicians! We need to force this back to Constitutional Law!The way it is now, one lie can ruin a Man, as he has NO recourse.

It has oozed it's way into our court system by being along side, but not contained within, the legal system.
It is Ironic that they are outside the normal system, and outside the Constitution too.
It is disgusting that if you have someone willing to commit perjury, the court will come and take your firearms, and archery equipment. I they are really vindictive, they will do this right before the start of hunting season.
These courts assume that the person filling in the paperwork will never perjure themselves, and the person being reported on is always guilty.
When you get the firearms back, they have been disassembled for "Safety"! Any magazines are taken apart too.So you get a bag of parts....

Well, I set it up with the Sheriff to just allow me to give my firearms to my Son-in-Law; but the firearms they did get (the concealed Carry guns) they shreaded them, and tore up the magazines too. I got back a sack full of parts.
She perjured herself, but I had a witness. In hindsight, I should have filed on the perjury, but Nana asked me not to.
We fired that Sheriff, and I bet the new one would not allow that! I sat in the parking lot, and put it all back together!
