Yes, but we also need to consider the idea of "baron" (dictionary definition : A very wealthy or powerful businessman ) versus "Barron" (formal name) and the play on words this creates. The time travel theory is becoming a bit more (ironically) reasonable considering the overall progression of things. In a purely speculative sense, if the time travel theory were true then this book could be a "plant" which preps the massive with the "Wizard Of Oz" archetypal story of young Trump (the BARON) who is mead by his "future self" - (the unconscious) in his journey. Then the whole plot AT LEAST begins to make take on a bit more logic, JUST LIKE stories such as the "Wizard Of Oz". Just thinking out loud here, with the injection of some imaginative speculation...
I currently prefer when thinking of the possibilities of a situation, to start out with 'infinite possibilities' rather than the limited version of reality that we are typically 'expecting' to be real.. So with that in mind, I take the appearance of these 'odd stories' in our physical reality as a reflection of the willingness to open up to infinity. Regardless of the truth of the situation, I think that the statistical chances of so many synchronicities occurring by pure chance is very tiny indeed.
