Very interesting assortment of information, but honestly it is info overload. To deduce from all this the idea that some TOS was violated is an extreme case of an overabundance of unrelatable media slushed together to make a mean oatmeal cookie that really doesn't taste all that good.
Maybe leave out a few ingredients or spread it out into different posts?

Beyond those two laws of Fair Use and Safe Harbor, there is also the anti-trust thing to consider as well. Too much information for you? Need to swim on the shallow side of the pool? Too deep for you? Oatmeal with honey is the best.
