I suppose it's quite important that the Muslim community gets involved in trying to solve the problem.
I really hope freedom of speech is not dying, we still have the internet where we can say what we think... I hope so :)
On some platforms free speech is dead..twitter and facebook spring to mind.
Yes, the liberal islamic community (if that exists) needs to get the fundamentalists out.
The trouble isn't with people but ideology. if you read the Quran and the sunna's you quickly see why. They aren't allowed to abrogate.
Read the Quran and hadiths, it will open your eyes and you will understand why Islam is inherently prone to violence and oppression of anyone or anything not like them..free speech doesn't exist within Islam...
