The corruption of the Quran translation

As many people experienced, as soon as you point out a flaw in the holy book of Islam. You get assaulted by Muslims and apologists alike. You get called names and get called out on the so called fact that you are misinterpreting the words in the book. Well today I saw a youtube video that I believe should be wide spread and be shared by everyone.

It goes about the verse 10:5 of the Quran.

It is He who made the sun a shining light and the moon a derived light and determined for it phases - that you may know the number of years and account [of time]. Allah has not created this except in truth. He details the signs for a people who know

What you see is the part “derived light” where the word (nur in Arabic) is being wrongly translated. The word NUR is just LIGHT not derived light.

This proofs that the translations in other languages are changed. Meaning that the book that Muslims believe have only truth is actually WRONG. This by itself is not a issue. The issue is that when you point out these facts you get called names and get threats.

What if we would change another verse to suit our needs 24:35

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp, the lamp is within glass, the glass as if it were a pearly [white] star lit from [the oil of] a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if untouched by fire. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things.

What if we would change the word NUR to derived light in this translation? Allah is the “Derived Light” of the heavens? Then the meaning would become that allah is not the creator of heaven but he is made by the heavens?

So in essence the scholars of Islam change text whenever it suits them.
