I get a minor flu every year without fail in December, especially after working the yearly beach party event.

It's killer on my body.

But... can't stop the Bboying!

    Have you tried Golden Seal root herb? It has worked well with me. Not to be taken on a regular basis as it will eventually destroy your immune system, but something you might want to consider taking during the yearly beach party event to help your body maintain it's health.
