I am not surprised at all by this.

He probably barricaded himself in his home on his private island... he perpetually lies to us and will continue to do so to save his own ass. Guy is starting to appear ruthless and emotionless on his quest to riches, much different than everyone first thought of him. I always thought the guy was a quack, just didn't seem very "human" the way he moves and stares and that kind of shit. Just a weird guy, but made a fortune.

I don't believe mark will ever show his face for these matters.
