Hey guys today is day 4 of my journey to lose 10 lbs a month for 3 months. 
I like to have mine cut in a bowl with a little bit of salt. I like when it's in this stage as it's not to hard or soft and a little juicy.

Yes I'm getting back to it. I not eating big lunches anymore and only fruits and veggies. Cutting down on portions during dinner as well.
