The Ambrosia crew: Who are we?
We have been around here for a little while, and we think it is about time that we introduce each and one of us, so you know who is behind all the crazy stuff we have been doing and whatever we might do in the future!
The concept of Ambrosia has been brewing for quite a few years already, and the process of finding our place and brand has come together bit by bit. Right now, we are a crew of five like-minded people, with each our roles to complement each other.
We are a team of builders, creative chefs, gardeners, wizards and witches
~ and together we make The Ambrosia-crew.~We have all known each other for years, but have come together for this project because of our shared love for nature and what we can create with and for it. When the time is right, we wish to expand our crew and concept, to be about so much more than just food. Creating a collective space for art, music, healing and sharing, across borders and cultures, where we can contribute with our own passions and interests.
We want to create a life for ourselves that is out of the ordinary, true to our ethics and that gives us happiness every day. At the same time, we want to inspire as many people as we can to do what they love.

Ada
Ada, Aarhus based fulltime seeker of happiness, stillness and love.
I am a restless soul with a burning desire to create,and inspire as many as I can in the process. A year ago, I chose to follow love to Denmark, where I now spend my days playing with delicious food, funky music and all the plants I can fit in a city apartment, while exploring whatever new things that come along my way. My biggest wish is to live harmoniously with everything that surrounds me, be it humans, animals, trees or oceans, and I believe that magic occurs when we all get together as one.
I am so grateful to be a part of this group of people, sharing my passion for life and the beauty of it.

Emily @umulius, a happy and passionate creature with a big heart for creativity.
I live a life full of adventures, art, ups, and downs.I spent the last years of my life exploring the body and mind; Art, yoga, crafting, and music are some of my passions. I have an immeasurable love for nature, and to spend time in the forest, learning about the treasures it holds has been a big part of my healing. This learned me to utilize our nature for food, medicine and well-being. Considering my blooming passion for nature medicine and vegan food, I can just imagine what an amazing journey we have ahead of us, with the lovely Ambrosia crew.

Kaja
Kaja, based in Oslo and soon to be fully educated as a gardener.
My greatest passions are love for nature, everything that grows, caring for all that lives, and last but not least, home cooked food. I dream that I one day will be living on a small farm being as self-sufficient as possible. I have a burning hope that we can create a good future, based on natural cycles, recycling materials, love for creation and cooperation. This is what keeps me going combined with all the good-hearted people I meet on my path. I am so excited to continue the Ambrosia-adventure!

Michael
Michael has spent the majority of the last years in the forest.
He has dissociated from how the system works, and started for himself. In the forest he utilizes what he finds, and builds the most incredible things one can imagine. He has several years of experience when it comes to building, and in his repertoire you find everything from lamps, to tables and over to complete festival set-ups.
When he's not in the forest, he works with his business and makes custom stuff for sale.
Roles in the project: Building set-up, deco, serving, bonfire guard and expert
David
David is a wizard from the mountain villages of Østerdalen, Norway.
He moved to the capital some years ago, but his life has been heavily influenced by trolls, mountains, and forests. His art is inspired by the beautiful nature we are surrounded by here in the north. He makes one of a kind walking sticks, troll tails, and other creative stuff. People that know David describes him as a warm-hearted and happy being, with tons of great ideas!
Roles in the project: Building set-up, deco, serving and keeping up the good vibes
