Hello fellow steemians. I am Aahabb, captain Aahabb. This is my second go around on steemit and I'm excited to be back in action.
Direct action that is. As an anarchist/volunaryist I am dedicated to finding and implementing practical solutions to increase personal freedom through direct action.
I come from a rural town in North Carolina where nothing exciting ever seemed to happen, and still doesn't I assume. In my 26 years on this floating rock I have come to the conclusion that everyone was born an anarchist by default and have been conned into trading that freedom for fallacy of saftey. But unlike ordinary con-men, the con-man called the state can "legally" beat you to death if you resist the con.
In this post-satire era we live in now, the absurdity of the political climate grows more and more every day. The game is rigged and the smartest move in rigged game is to stop playing.
So may this be my mission statement:
To become so free that my very existence is an act of rebellion. And help others to do the same.

I've been running a small aquauponics system for a couple years now. I plan on documenting progress and development when I get it presentable again.

Invulnerability to coercion is the name of the game my friend. The anti libertarian, libertarian party realises people are tired of politics and then gives them more politics. It's quite frustrating. Maybe one day they will come to their senses and stop political crusading and start helping themselves towards real freedom.
I'm not familiar with the party... but what are your takes on things like public health, anti-gun laws, criminal law etc... these are all things that exchange freedom for peace of mind. You give something up, you get something in return.
I would argue that no victim equals no crime. Criminal law seems to be a bunch of arbitrary nonsense put forth dead-eyed bureaucrats and not for "public safety." As it stands now, the state is so embedded in everyday decision making that problems such as public health, gun restrictions, public education, etc. that could be easily solved by the market are convoluted and complicated in a top down, centralized process that spends more time lobbying for special interests than looking for efficacious practical solutions.
That being said the gun control debate is irrelevant with the advent of 3D printing and Cody Wilson's ghost gun. Also, one could make a firearm such as a 12 gauge shotgun in about 30 minutes using inexpensive materials from a local hardware store.
The old "it's not foolproof so no use making laws about it" argument... doesn't really hold up, does it?
Also, a 'free market' has also never lead to anything but the concentration of power amongst an elite few.

Having rules and guidelines in a society (or pockets of small communities) that's free to voluntarily associate with whomever they want however they want isn't the same as laws enforced by an executive branch of a corrupt entity who has a monopoly on force.
Basically leave people the hell alone.

I agree the life we live is mostly fraudulent. Hopefully we can help steemit grow and keep Steem around as a successful alt currency.
Lol Black hole is a very apt analogy especially for me. It keeps sucking people who try to move away back in it seems.
